Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification and maintenance of various landscapes. This role involves hands-on tasks that require physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Duties As a Landscape Laborer, your responsibilities will include: Performing tree care activities such as trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Irrigating gardens and lawns to ensure proper hydration and maintenance of plant health. Assisting in the installation and maintenance of hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Utilizing power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Conducting lawn care activities including mowing, edging, and fertilizing to maintain lush green spaces. Building garden beds, fences, or other landscape structures as needed. Maintaining equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition. Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety standards. Experience While prior experience in landscaping is preferred, we welcome candidates who are eager to learn and grow in the field. Familiarity with the following skills will be beneficial: Tree trimming techniques and tree care practices. Basic irrigation systems and their maintenance. Knowledge of garden design principles and plant care. Proficiency with power tools used in landscaping tasks. Mechanical knowledge for equipment upkeep is a plus. Experience in hardscape installation techniques is advantageous.
