Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer / Equipment Operator and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces. This energetic position involves hands-on landscape maintenance, operating groundskeeping and landscaping equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. You will work outdoors, contributing to the aesthetic and functional quality of residential, commercial, or public landscapes. Experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are interested in learning the landscapeing trade.
Salary Range:
$20 - $30 per hour based on experience, skills, and equipment operating ability Key Duties Operate a variety of grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment, including mowers, trimmers, power tools, to ensure efficient landscape care. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, pruning, planting, fertilizing, watering, and planting new greenery with precision and care. Conduct landscape repairs and installations, including hardscape features like patios or walkways, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Operating skid steers, excavators, loaders and other equipment for qualified applicants.
Pay:
$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
