Cardinal Landscape & Design Pay:

$20-$30/hour based on experience Cardinal Landscape & Design is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing landscape company in Northern New Jersey. This is a full-time position with 40-50+ hours available during the season and overtime opportunities . We are looking for people interested in steady, long-term employment and becoming part of our crew. What You'll Be Doing Landscape construction and property improvements Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Mulching, edging, and property cleanups Grading, drainage, and soil work Operating landscape equipment and machinery Loading/unloading trucks and trailers General landscape labor What We're Looking For Reliable and shows up on time + strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work Able to work effectively as part of a crew Landscape or construction experience is preferred Equipment experience is a plus Valid driver's license is strongly preferred Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs Pay $20-$30/hour depending on experience and ability. Higher pay is available for candidates with experience in landscape construction, equipment operation, crew leadership, or other valuable skills. Overtime paid at 1.5× when applicable. Full-time, primarily Monday-Friday with additional hours as needed during busy periods.
