Landscape Laborer Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our outdoor maintenance team. This role involves performing various groundskeeping and landscaping tasks to ensure the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will have outdoor work experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for maintaining attractive landscapes. This position offers an opportunity to develop skills in grounds maintenance and landscaping while working in a dynamic outdoor environment. Responsibilities Assist with landscaping projects, including planting, mulching, and general site preparation Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and other lawn care activities to ensure neat and healthy turf Support team members in installing and maintaining landscape features like shrubs, flower beds, and pathways Maintain cleanliness of work sites by removing debris, leaves, and waste materials Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Assist with other outdoor tasks as needed to support the overall upkeep of properties Qualifications Prior outdoor work experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is valued Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance practices is a plus but not mandatory Transportation to and from work Join our team to contribute to creating beautiful outdoor spaces while gaining valuable landscaping skills.
