We're looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener who enjoys working outdoors, appreciates attention to detail, and wants to build a long-term career with a company that values professionalism, craftsmanship, and teamwork. Responsibilities Fine gardening and detailed landscape maintenance Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials Garden bed preparation and seasonal enhancements Pruning and caring for ornamental plants Maintaining the high standards our clients have come to expect Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of landscape gardening experience preferred Experience with plant installations and fine gardening Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and dependable Team player who enjoys working with others Valid driver's license preferred What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Beautiful residential properties to work on Professional, respectful work environment Supportive and experienced team Opportunity for long-term career growth A company that values quality over quantity Schedule Monday-Friday (Day Shift) Occasional Saturdays Year-round work
