This busy, family-owned shop offers $45,000-$75,000+ through a base-plus-commission pay plan, a Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends, and a clean, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and manage the service intake process. Prepare and present repair estimates clearly. Present recommended services using a customer-focused approach. Keep customers informed throughout the repair process. Coordinate with technicians to maintain efficient workflow. Follow established shop processes and systems. Qualifications 3-5 years of Automotive Service Advisor experience. Strong communication and customer service skills. Proven ability to present and sell automotive services. Comfortable with estimating systems and computers. Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced shop. Independent repair shop experience preferred.
