Spring Brook Country Club is looking for individuals for its Grounds Maintenance staff for the summer/Fall of 2026. Candidates that play golf or have knowledge of the game are preferred but not required. Spring Brook will gladly train the right candidate; we require a positive attitude and punctuality. Hours are Monday- Friday 6am - 11am and Sat/Sun 5:30-10am.

Responsibilities:

• Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and rough
• Raking of bunkers
• Tee box maintenance & trash removal
• Divot filling
• Assist in watering of playing surfaces and landscape plants
• Landscape plantings and weed control Hired candidates who show initiative throughout the season will be given the opportunity to take on more responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 1 workday per weekend (minimum)
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions
• Must be able to work in all environments (hot, cold, rain, etc)
• Positive attitude and punctuality
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Work in the early hours of the morning
• Walk long distances and lift loads of at least 50 lbs
