Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you will assist with a variety of landscape projects, from planting and lawn care to hardscape installation and maintenance. Your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will contribute to creating stunning landscapes that delight clients and enhance communities. Duties Assist with landscape installation including planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and installing hardscape features such as patios and walkways Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating to maintain healthy turf Operate hand tools and power tools safely for trimming, pruning, digging, and general landscape maintenance Support irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and removal with proper techniques and safety measures Help with snow plowing and removal during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Maintain equipment, tools, and work sites in a clean, organized manner to promote safety and efficiency Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge to operate small machinery and hand tools effectively Experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, landscape maintenance or horticulture Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting and manual labor Familiarity with landscaping equipment such as excavators or other construction machinery is a plus Strong attention to detail when performing tasks like tree trimming or hardscape installation Willingness to learn new skills related to irrigation systems, snow plowing, or tree care techniques Good communication skills and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or related fields.
