Maintain cleanliness of common areas, grounds, and walkways

Pick up trash and debris throughout the property

Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed

Ensure property curb appeal is upheld daily

Support on-site maintenance and management teams

Requirements

Previous porter or groundskeeping experience preferred

Dependable and punctual

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Reliable transportation
