Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Yard Helper to assist with a variety of outdoor maintenance and landscaping tasks. This role involves supporting landscape projects, maintaining grounds, and operating various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, basic mechanical knowledge, and a passion for outdoor work. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in landscape maintenance, construction, and horticulture. Responsibilities Assist with inventory control Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery Support construction projects involving hardscape installation and general site preparation Maintain equipment and tools to ensure safety and efficiency Support team members in completing various outdoor projects efficiently and safely Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge or experience with hand tools and power tools is preferred Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices such as mowing, irrigation, and tree trimming is advantageous Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines and work independently or as part of a team
