What You'll Be Doing:
Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities:
Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned
Custodial Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition
What You Bring:
High School Diploma or GED Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred Valid Driver's License Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check
