Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Golf Course Maintenance / Groundskeeper to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and playability of the golf course by performing daily grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and is a reliable team player. Responsibilities Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas. Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility vehicles, and other grounds equipment. Rake bunkers and maintain sand traps. Set tee markers, cups, and flags daily. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repairs. Edge, trim, prune, and remove weeds around the course and clubhouse. Plant, fertilize, seed, and maintain turf, trees, shrubs, and flower beds. Help prepare the course for tournaments and special events. Follow all safety procedures and properly care for equipment. Perform other grounds maintenance duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous golf course, landscaping, lawn care, or grounds maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
