New Mexico Military Institute:

The New Mexico Military Institute (NMMI) is a state-supported, co- educational institution offering college preparatory education at the high school and junior college levels. With a student body of up to 1,000 cadets, NMMI provides a comprehensive academic experience complemented by Junior and Senior Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) programs. The high school curriculum is fully accredited and prepares students for higher education. The junior college program facilitates cadet transfer to four-year colleges and universities. Additionally, NMMI houses the Intermediate Preparatory Academy (IPA) for grades 6-8.

Position:

Under the supervision of the Grounds Manager, the campus Grounds Technician provides specialized maintenance and is responsible for the safety, aesthetics, and functionality of all outdoor environments. This is a non- exempt, 12-month, full-time position. The hourly rate is $15.00 (approximately $31,200.00 annually). The job description is available upon request.

Tasks:

Essential Skills:

• Maintain lawns by mowing, trimming, edging, and

Qualifications:
