Assist with planting, plant identification, and horticulture activities to support healthy landscapes. Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls through routine upkeep and minor repairs. Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents and injuries. Support pesticide management practices by applying treatments responsibly and in accordance with regulations. Qualifications & Requirements Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping and groundskeeping equipment. Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping tasks. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems used in landscaping projects. Familiarity with outdoor work environments and the physical demands of grounds maintenance. Understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation and outdoor work hazards. Ability to perform heavy physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs regularly. Punctual, dependable work ethic and ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the shop is a plus.
