Description:
Lupke Landscaping is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Landscaper/Laborer to join our team. This position starts part-time with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and company needs. We specialize in residential and commercial landscaping, including lawn maintenance, planting, hardscaping, and seasonal cleanups. If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in a job well done, we'd love to hear from you. There are also opportunities for work in the winter in the form of snow plowing.
Responsibilities:
Perform landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, weeding, and mulching Assist with planting, sod installation, and small hardscape projects Operate landscaping equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Load/unload materials and tools Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow directions from crew leader Interact professionally with clients when needed
Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and be on your feet for long periods Reliable transportation to job location Prior landscaping experience preferred, but willing to train the right person Must be punctual, dependable, and a team player Valid driver's license required Must be flexible on working times due to changing weather
Schedule:
Part-time hours to start (15-30hours/week) Opportunity for full-time hours (35-40 hours/week) depending on performance and workload Monday-Friday with occasional weekends (weather depending)
Compensation:
Starting at $18 per hour, based on experience Raises and advancement opportunities available
Job Types:

$17.00 - $25.00 per hour
