This position requires prior commercial lawn maintenance experience, with a strong emphasis on operating zero-turn mowers and snow plowing and all other professional landscaping equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial-grade zero-turn mowers to mow and maintain lawns Trim grass and edges using string trimmers and hedge trimmers Use backpack blowers to clear debris and maintain clean properties Drive a truck with a utility trailer to and from job sites Perform general landscape maintenance, including raking leaves and debris removal Safely handle, maintain, and store all equipment and tools

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience required Experience with commercial lawn mowing equipment, especially zero-turn mowers Valid driver's license and ability to drive a truck with a trailer At least 18 years old; high school diploma or equivalent preferred Ability to stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Dependable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in allweather conditions Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude Reliable daily transportation to and from work
