Job Description
Responsibilities Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other hardscape features Assist with site preparation, excavation, grading, and material installation Perform lawn mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and general landscape maintenance Install plants, trees, shrubs, decorative stone, and garden beds Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely Load, unload, and transport materials to and from job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards Qualifications Landscaping, hardscaping, construction, or related experience preferred but not required Ability to perform physical labor and lift 50+ lbs regularly Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Valid driver's license Required Experience operating skid steers, excavators, or other equipment is a plus What We Offer Competitive wages based on experience Opportunity for advancement Hands-on training and skill development Positive, team-oriented work environment
