We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our landscapes. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a passion for outdoor work, and proficiency in various groundskeeping tasks. The Groundskeeper will ensure that all grounds are well-kept, safe, and inviting. Shift Monday

• Friday, 8:00am
• 4:00pm. On call during winter months (November
• March) Duties Perform regular lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing to maintain healthy grass.

Operate snow removal machines Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various landscaping tasks. Assist in the irrigation of gardens and landscaped areas to ensure proper water distribution. Conduct landscape maintenance including planting, weeding, mulching, and pruning of shrubs and trees. Maintain cleanliness of all grounds by removing debris and litter. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, identifying any issues such as pests or diseases. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscaping projects. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Qualifications Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred. Proficiency in using power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Knowledge of gardening techniques and landscape design principles is a plus. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation.
