Overview Join our dynamic grounds maintenance team as a Mower/Landscaper and play a vital role in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments. You'll be responsible for operating a variety of groundskeeping equipment, performing lawn care, planting, and landscape enhancements while adhering to safety protocols. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, power tools, and landscape maintenance equipment to cut grass, trim shrubs, and perform general groundskeeping tasks Maintain and install irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and turf Conduct landscape maintenance activities including planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching to promote healthy growth Identify various plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees to ensure proper care and pest management Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls as needed Perform routine inspections of grounds equipment to ensure proper operation and schedule repairs or replacements when necessary Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with knowledge of groundskeeping or landscaping practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating and maintaining landscaping tools and equipment Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, edging, pruning, and planting Ability to identify common plants and pests; experience with pesticide management is a plus Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting Strong understanding of safety protocols for outdoor equipment use and pesticide handling Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in various weather conditions Valid experience operating grounds maintenance machinery such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and power tools Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire pride!
