Responsibilities Assist with planting, watering, pruning, and general garden care to promote healthy growth Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks such as trimming, edging, mowing, and soil preparation Support irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure optimal watering efficiency Maintain greenhouse environments by managing plant growth, transplanting seedlings, and monitoring climate conditions Perform lawn care activities including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration to keep outdoor spaces pristine Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as mulching, weed control, and debris removal Support farming activities like planting crops, harvesting produce, and maintaining soil health Qualifications Prior experience or familiarity with gardening, horticulture, or landscaping is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key! Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in outdoor maintenance Experience with irrigation systems or greenhouse management is a plus Strong work ethic with the ability to follow safety guidelines during equipment operation Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including bending, lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of lawn care practices such as mowing and fertilizing is advantageous A positive attitude and eagerness to grow your skills in agriculture, land management, or farming disciplines Embark on a fulfilling journey where your efforts directly contribute to creating vibrant outdoor spaces.
