How You Will Make an Impact Execute precise lawn maintenance and grounds keeping tasks to meet Salvadore's high quality standards. Perform seasonal property cleanups including raking, debris removal, and site preparation. Operate various landscape tools and equipment safely to ensure efficient project completion. Provide reliable snow removal and shoveling services during winter months to keep client sites accessible. Assist senior crew members with material handling and installation for custom hardscape projects. Maintain a clean and organized jobsite to reflect the company's professional reputation. Required Qualifications & Experience Proven reliability and a strong, team-oriented work ethic. Physical ability to perform manual labor and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols with minimal supervision. Positive attitude and a desire to learn the landscaping and hardscaping trade. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Previous experience in professional landscaping, lawn care, or manual construction. Familiarity with the safe operation of commercial mowers, blowers, and hand tools. Demonstrated interest in career advancement within the green industry.
