Job Description

We're hiring for the 2026 season! JP's Property Services is looking for a Seasonal Exterior Property Services Crew Member Now-November) to join our growing team serving Rochester and the surrounding areas. This is a hands-on outdoor position working on projects like: Mulch & stone installation Landscaping cleanups & trimming Pressure washing & exterior property care

Requirements:

18+ years old Valid driver's license Able to lift 50+ lbs Comfortable working outdoors Comfortable driving with trailers is a plus Landscaping or exterior service experience is a bonus, but we're happy to train the right person.
