Job Title:

Grounds Crew - Full Time (seasonal), Permanent position.

Salary Range:

$17.00 /

Hour Available:

As soon as possible.

Minimum Candidate Qualifications:

Reliable transportation that allows arrival and departure from work as required Motivated self-starter who can follow directions and complete daily tasks and responsibilities both independently and as part of a team. Team player in strong physical condition to handle manual / physical labor. Proficiency in learning and using mechanical technology and driving vehicles, including but not limited to golf carts, lawnmowers and pickup trucks, operating landscaping equipment such as leaf blowers, snow blowers, lawnmowers, and power tools as needed. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work with managers, co-workers and customers effectively and without dispute. Ability to solve basic problems and know when to ask for help. Available to work year-round in all weather conditions.

Ball Retrieval and Replenishment:

Grounds crew work together to retrieve golf balls from the field driving a golf cart / picker, emptying the picker, washing the golf balls, loading the truck and refilling the automated ball dispensing machine. Communicate with team members and partners in-person and by two way radio, phone and text.

Operations and Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance including checking parking lot for litter, trash removal and general cleanup. Maintain and monitor fluid and uninterrupted operation of ball dispensing system. Knowledge of golf industry, landscaping, or basic construction skills would be a plus but not required.
