As a landscape crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our landscapes. This position involves a variety of tasks that require both physical stamina/strength and a passion for outdoor work. Ideal candidates will possess skills in enhancement landscaping, landscape maintenance, and have general landscaping knowledge. Responsibilities Perform landscape crew member tasks including maintenance of lawns, beds and other outdoor areas, edging of flower beds, installing mulch and various landscaping tasks. Utilize hand tools and equipment for various landscaping activities such as planting, digging, and irrigation. Preparing sites for landscaping projects, removing debris and waste materials, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Loading and unloading trucks, hauling materials, and storing equipment. Assist in snow plowing or shoveling during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, work areas and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features as needed. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your teammates. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance and enhancement is preferred but not required. Proficiency with hand tools and basic mechanical knowledge is advantageous. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment. A valid driver's license is required for this position.
