- Qualified candidates should possess the skills to manage single or multi person mowing routes with efficiency and quality based goals. Organization and efficient management of self and team skills extremely important. Simple skills in shop duties and equipment maintenance and cleaning are part of scheduled duties. A knowledge of basic landscaping duties like trimming shrubs, mulching, and general landscape maintenance is desired. OTHER QUALIFICATIONS- Outgoing, positive, team oriented. Enjoyment of outdoors Skills to operate large truck with trailer. Valid drivers license / legal to work in United States, Skills to operate commercial mowers and related equipment. 1 years + commercial level lawn care experience. Ability to handle minor lifting and continuous active movements. Ability to work a weather related schedule and weekends if needed. Ability to work long shift / overtime when needed.. Drug free work environment / Drug screening required.
