Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Lead Landscape Crew Person for a full-time, year-round work. This individual will lead crews in landscape maintenance, equipment operation, seasonal property work, snow removal, and winter hardscape projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of managing daily crew operations while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Pay & Schedule Target compensation: $25-$26/hour Full-time, year-round position Consistent work through all seasons including winter operations Job Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape crews Operate ride-on mowers, walk-behind mowers, weed whackers, Bobcats, and light equipment Coordinate daily jobsite tasks and maintain production standards Assist with snow removal and winter hardscape work Maintain safe and efficient work practices Communicate effectively with team members and management Requirements Valid driver's license with clean driving record and no points Clean background Prior landscape crew leadership experience Comfortable operating landscape and light construction equipment Team-oriented attitude with dependable attendance Ability to work year-round in varying weather conditions How to
