Responsibilities De-thatching/Scraping:

Operating power rakes or vertical mowers to scrape away layers of dead turf, roots, and moss from the topsoil

Debris Removal:

Gathering, raking, and removing scraped organic waste from the property, loading it into trailers or disposal bins

Turf Maintenance:

Mowing grass, edging borders, and preparing the lawn for aeration, seeding, and fertilization.

Equipment Operation:

Safely operating and performing basic routine maintenance on commercial landscaping equipment (e.g., mowers, leaf blowers, edgers)

Site Cleanup:

Clearing pathways, sidewalks, and driveways of grass clippings and accumulated scraping debris

Qualifications:

Experience:

Previous experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or manual labor is highly preferred

Equipment Knowledge:

Working knowledge of proper handling and safety precautions for power tools and landscaping machinery.

Transportation:

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are typically required to drive work trucks and tow equipment trailers to client sites
