The Lawn Technician/Lawn Maintenance Crew Member will be responsible for the care and maintenance of their specific neighborhood, performing any necessary lawn care tasks, including mowing, weeding and edging. This position requires strong customer service skills, because the Lawn Technician will sometimes be in direct contact with customers if needed and must be capable of making any necessary adjustments based on the customer's requests. The ideal candidate will also enjoy working outdoors in a variety of conditions, be able to lift 50 pounds or more when necessary and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. We are a growing company looking to employ motivated, but not necessary experienced crew members to be able to complete tasks on the landscaping and maintenance field as well. Responsibilities:

Operate a riding mower to maintain the lawn and grass. Apply herbicides and pesticides to control weeds and insect pests. Mow the lawn. Inspect the lawn for problems. Remove dead leaves from the lawn. Apply fertilizer to the lawn. Be part of a crew up to 3 employees. Must be able to operate a variety of landscape and lawn equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adaptable to a growing team. Positive atitude. Ability to communicate in English with Spanish being a plus, but not necessary.
