Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic groundskeeping team. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to keep outdoor areas vibrant and healthy Operate power tools and landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and pest management Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal watering schedules and conserve water resources Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, hardscape repairs, and general site tidying Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities to prevent accidents or injuries Assist with landscape design projects by installing new features like pathways, retaining walls, or garden beds as needed Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of grounds maintenance and landscaping practices Mechanical knowledge related to operating power tools and landscaping equipment Familiarity with plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management techniques Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, bending, digging, and standing for extended periods Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting is preferred Commitment to safety protocol adherence during all job activities Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently Join our team to help transform outdoor spaces into stunning landscapes!
