Job Description Job Summary Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of trash and other debris. Assures that Hospital grounds are clear of animals, animal nests and other animal residue. Operates and maintains Automatic Lawn Sprinkler system. Verifies operation of the Program Controllers. Performs groundskeeping duties in areas not covered under Landscaping Contract. Operates and maintains Lawn Care tools and equipment. Verifies that equipment and tools are in proper operational condition. Removes snow and ice from sidewalks and parking lots during winter season. Qualifications Education High school education or equivalent. Prefer Vocational Education in Grounds Maintenance Experience Prefer two years experience in grounds maintenance for facility with 10+ acres. Additional Requirements Must be at least 20 years old in order to operate vehicles f Work Shift Day
