Qualifications for higher pay rates:

Previous successful experience in landscape maintenance Horticultural knowledge, including plant identification, technical pruning, fertilization, and general principles of horticulture. Efficient and organized work habits. Have a Class C Driver's License and delegate tasks to crew members.

Description:

Rexius' Bend location is seeking entry level Landscape Maintenance Crew members for full-time, year-round positions. The successful candidate will provide maintenance service on residential and/or commercial landscapes.

Daily Tasks:

Travel with Crew Leader to location of job Regularly operate machinery and hand tools for mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, shearing, blowing Lift, push and pull objects such as equipment weighing 60 lbs or more throughout the day Acts as an ambassador for Rexius/Springtime to the public

Requirements:

Attention to detail Strong verbal, written and customer service skills Awareness of the proper care, use, and maintenance of tools Punctual and reliable Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
