•ONLY applicants with a CDL license will be considered for this position. The Tree Crew Groundsperson (w/ CDL) works with tree crews assisting with work performed, worksite safety and worksite prep.

Responsibilities:

Assist with loading/unloading of site debris Gas powered saws Pole saws/clips Chippers Blowers Reports to work on time each day Follow directions from crew leaders and climbers Maintain professionalism Provide friendly and excellent customer service Maintain and service equipment, as needed Follows safety culture and safety procedures Assist with set up of traffic safety control measures for job sites. Assist crew with daily equipment and vehicle prep. Maintain safety of drop zones on job sites. Perform pruning and reducing work on trees Safely use tree care operations equipment (including, but not limited to gas-powered saws, pole saws/clips, chippers, blowers)

Other Required Qualifications:

Minimum of two year experience in tree service Valid driver's license At least 21 years of age Ability to work 40 hours or more each week. Ability to lift at least 25 pounds Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions Excellent ability to communicate effectively First Aid and CPR Certified is preferred
