Job Description
Overview Like working outside and seeing what you accomplished at the end of the day? Lionscape is looking for dependable, hardworking people to join our landscape crews. No landscaping experience? That's okay. We can teach landscaping. What we can't teach is showing up, working hard, caring about the finished product, and being someone your team can count on. Entry-level team members with no experience start at $18.50/hour , with most experienced and high-performing crew members earning $20
- 30/hour based on skill, responsibility and performance.
You should:
Be dependable and show up on time, ready to work Enjoy working outside and be comfortable working in different weather conditions Be able to perform physical work throughout the day, including lifting, bending, digging and carrying materials Follow directions and be willing to learn Care about doing a job correctly, not just getting it done Work well as part of team Take care of company tools, equipment, and client property Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Take pride in the finished product A valid driver's license and clean driving record are strongly preferred.
