POSITION SUMMARY

The Groundskeeper is a key role here at Denver Cold Storage as they will be responsible for upkeep and appearance of our facilities. This position will be primarily based out of our corporate office but will service all sites as needed. The position is a part-time role with a fixed schedule of roughly 25-28 hours per week.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage day-to-day grounds of the warehouses and other Denver Cold Family of Properties Run equipment, assist with projects, and help the maintenance team as needed Coordinate various contracts and services for all properties Maintain equipment standards Travel between company facilities as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Multiple years in the groundskeeping field Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments preferred. Experience operating necessary equipment
