Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance and enhancement. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. The Landscape Laborer will contribute to creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and weeding. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients. Participate in tree care activities such as tree trimming and pruning. Build and maintain various landscape features including flower beds, pathways, and retaining walls. Use power tools and hand tools effectively and safely to complete landscaping tasks. Dig holes for planting trees, shrubs, and flowers as needed. Irrigate plants and landscapes to ensure proper hydration. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and tools after each job. Skills Experience in landscape maintenance is preferred. Knowledge of snow plowing techniques is a plus. Familiarity with tree care practices including tree trimming and pruning. Ability to build landscape features with attention to detail. Proficient in using power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and saws. Skilled in handling hand tools like shovels, rakes, and hoes. Strong ability to maintain equipment and tools in good working condition. Physical ability to dig, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor for extended periods.
