Medical Clinical Assistant Full Time | Robinson / Moon Township Position Overview Private Aeromedical Consulting Practice is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Medical Assistant / Clinical Assistant to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and can work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
What We're Looking For:
Previous medical office or clinical experience preferred Familiarity with basic medical terminology Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong attention to detail Professional and confident bedside manner Customer-service oriented Self-starter who can work independently Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills Good computer and software skills Strong typing/keyboard skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements Flexible and willing to assist wherever needed Dependable and able to function independently Mental resilience and the ability to remain professional in challenging situations Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities Strong ability to read situations and assertiveness Ability to work effectively with demanding or high-intensity clients Clinical Skills Obtain and document basic vital signs Perform basic vision testing Perform basic hearing testing Assist with patient intake and clinical workflows Accurately document information in the appropriate systems The Right Candidate The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with a wide range of personalities and can remain calm, composed, and professional when dealing with challenging or intense clients. This position requires emotional resilience, good judgment, situational awareness, and the ability to read a situation and adjust accordingly. The successful candidate should be a quick learner, adaptable, receptive to feedback, and comfortable taking initiative . They should be able to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team. Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday Flexibility may be required based on clinic needs
