Work will be performed in Sewickley and surrounding areas in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Job Duties:

Perform tree service and general landscaping duties for residential and commercial properties. Tasks include assisting with tree trimming, pruning, cutting and removal of branches, brush clearing, debris hauling, and site cleanup. Operate basic landscaping tools such as rakes, shovels, blowers, and trimmers, and assist with equipment setup for tree work. May help prepare sites for stump grinding and remove storm debris. Work outdoors in various weather conditions and follow all safety procedures.

Job Requirements:

No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. A background check may be required.

Work Schedule:

40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch break). Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.

Wage:

Workers will be paid no less than $18.69 per hour. Returning workers and those with more experience may be paid up to $20.00 per hour. Employer will pay at least the prevailing wage or the offered wage, whichever is higher, for all hours worked.

Location:

Work is performed at various customer sites in and around Sewickley, Allegheny County, PA. Transportation to and from worksites will be provided at no cost to the worker from the employer's designated meeting location.

Additional Information:

A single workweek will be used to compute wages. Workers will be paid weekly by check on Fridays. Employer will make all deductions required by law. No deductions will be made for tools or equipment. All tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job will be provided at no charge. No housing is provided. The employer will assist workers in securing housing if requested, but any housing arrangements will be at the worker's expense. Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, border crossing, and other related fees, excluding passport fees. Workers will be reimbursed for transportation and daily subsistence expenses incurred traveling to the place of employment after completing 50% of the employment period, and for return transportation and daily subsistence back to the place of recruitment upon completion of the job order period or early dismissal. Daily subsistence reimbursement will be provided consistent with the most recent DOL-required subsistence rates, at no less than $16.78 per day if receipts are not provided and up to $68.00 per day with documentation of actual expenses. Workers will be offered employment for the full duration of the certified period. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
