As a Lawn Maintenance Technician , you will be responsible for completing a daily route of residential and commercial properties, operating lawn care equipment safely and efficiently, and helping maintain the equipment used by the team. The ideal candidate is dependable, works well with others, and takes pride in delivering quality results. A valid driver's license is required. Responsibilities Complete assigned daily mowing routes at residential and commercial properties Safely operate company trucks and enclosed trailers Operate lawn maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Preventative maintenance- report any equipment issues to the on site mechanic Work efficiently as part of a team to maintain high-quality service standards Qualifications Valid driver's license required, must be 18 or older Previous experience operating zero-turn, stand-on, and walk-behind mowers is preferred Ability to safely use landscaping equipment, including string trimmers (weed whackers), leaf blowers, and other hand tools Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work independently and as part of a team Join our team and build a rewarding career maintaining beautiful residential and commercial properties while working outdoors and learning valuable skills.
