Position Summary:

As the Operations Manager at Goodness Gardens, you are entrusted with building and leading the operational roadmap for our site. This role is integral to our success, blending strategic vision with operational execution. Your responsibilities touch on all key aspects of the supply chain, including product knowledge, inventory management, fulfillment optimization, and cost optimization. Engage in long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company's overall goals. Coordinate different teams to foster idea exchange and provide cross-team learning opportunities. Assess and analyze departmental budgets to minimize expenses and optimize profits. Inspire and motivate employees through positive encouragement and incentive initiatives. Communicate with the board or other senior officials about shifting company priorities and projects. Identify potential problems and points of friction, working proactively to find solutions to maximize efficiency and revenue. Develop and uphold high standards for execution to meet all KPI's & financial metrics, supporting your team in achieving daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals. Share and exchange operational best practices across all Goodness Gardens Inc distribution centers. Reward and recognize performance, executing progressive discipline as needed. Instill a customer-focused mindset, committed to delivering the highest quality product. Foster a positive team dynamic, encouraging feedback, driving positive change, and adapting to ever-changing business needs. Comply with Food Safety regulations and practices and implement changes as needed. You have.. . A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced education in Finance and Lean Six Sigma certification. 5+ years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in the Food/Beverage/Perishables Industry. Proficient and effective oral and written communication skills. Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills. A comprehensive background in Fulfillment, Shipping, Receiving, and Warehousing. Experience in inventory control management and developing warehouse management or inventory tracking systems. Deep knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles. An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment with a high level of ambiguity and change. Continuous improvement and project management skills. A high level of integrity and ethics.

$85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
