Experienced Landscaper / Crew Lead (Growth Opportunity) Coventry, RI $23-$30/hr + bonus opportunities We're a growing landscaping company based in (Western) Coventry, RI, focused on high-quality maintenance and expanding into install and project work. We're looking for an experienced landscaper ready to step into a crew lead role—someone who takes pride in their work, can keep a job moving, and wants to grow with a company that's building something solid. I'm looking for someone who wants to be a key player and build a second crew. What to Expect Starting

• Starting out i'll take time to get you familiar with everything
• Work with me to learn how we do things and the standard at which we do them
• Learn the routes and the properties
• Ensure you're capable and most importantly you want the position
• As I write this it is early September, the season usually ends mid December. Most of what will be doing at this point - mowing, doing lawn renovations, bush trimmings and cleanups What You'll Do if Right Fit for the Job
• Lead a small crew on daily maintenance routes and select projects
• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
• Manage time on-site and keep work on schedule
• Communicate with the owner on job progress and needs
• Help train and guide less experienced team members What We're Looking For
• 3+ years landscaping experience (maintenance and/or installs)
• Ability to work independently and keep a crew on track
• Strong work ethic and reliability (this matters more than anything)
• Physically capable
• Valid driver's license and clean record (Must)
• Experience with equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Ability to drive different trucks and tow loaded trailers What We Offer
