WHAT YOU WILL DO
Work alongside team members to complete landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and general grounds maintenance. Provide hands-on training and guidance to help team members learn proper techniques and complete work correctly. Help organize daily tasks and keep work on track throughout the day. Show team members how to safely use tools and equipment and follow safety procedures. Check the quality of work and offer support to ensure standards are met. Answer questions and assist team members with day-to-day work activities. Help keep tools, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and in good condition. Communicate with team members and leadership about progress and any issues that come up. Support new employees by helping them learn the job through on-the-job training.
WHAT YOU BRING
Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or a related outdoor work environment. Experience using landscaping tools and equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers. Basic understanding of basic landscaping practices and equipment use. Valid driver's license. Valid RealID Must be able to obtain and maintain government base access.

COMPENSATION
