Job Summary Join our landscaping team as a Landscape Crew Member. This energetic position involves hands-on work in landscape maintenance, groundskeeping, and hardscape projects. You will be responsible for executing a variety of outdoor tasks with precision and ensuring high-quality results that exceed client expectations. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, and pruning. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as power tools, lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and various machinery Assist with planting and installing irrigation systems Conduct landscape enhancements such as hardscape installation, tree trimming, and garden bed mulching to improve aesthetic appeal. Follow safety protocols diligently during all activities to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Experience Previous outdoor work experience or grounds maintenance background is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Basic mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools is highly advantageous. Demonstrated ability to operate grounds maintenance machinery safely and effectively. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment use. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail.
