What You'll Do Maintain a clean and attractive property by removing trash and debris from grounds and common areas daily. Pressure wash breezeways and outdoor areas on a regular schedule. Remove items from vacated apartments before turnover and clean designated storage areas. Ensure amenities and public areas are in safe, presentable condition. Assist with minor repairs and support the maintenance team with make-readies. Respond to resident service requests in a timely, professional manner. Keep workshop and storage areas organized and compliant with safety standards. Identify and report unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to the Service Manager. What We're Looking For Valid Driver's License Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Team-oriented with excellent communication and customer service skills. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with OSHA safety guidelines is a plus.
