Job Summary:

Clear Springs is looking for an experienced full-time Groundskeeper to assist the Landscape Manager and Property Management team to maintain the overall aesthetic vision for all Clear Springs managed properties in Fort Mill, SC. Primary objectives are to provide timely maintenance and repairs to landscape, hardscape, and parking/service areas.

Job Duties:

• Perform grounds maintenance to maintain a safe and attractive landscape on all properties. Includes, but is not limited to pulling and spraying weeds, spot pruning trees/shrubs/grasses, blowing leaves/mulch, emptying on-site trash cans, watering potted plants, and dead-heading perennials.
• Execute minor landscape enhancements, renovations, repairs, and property maintenance projects outside the scope of vendor contracts and/or assign to be executed by others when appropriate.
• Assist Landscape Manager in assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of all necessary cultural practices for turf, tree care, irrigation, and plant care.
• Assist Property Manager and Landscape Manager in monitoring other vendors on property and provide feedback for areas of improvement.
• Other responsibilities, as needed/requested.

Position Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in the landscape maintenance industry
• Valid driver's license
• Background screening prior to employment
