Job Description

We're looking for dependable Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established, locally owned company specializing in lawn care maintenance of residential properties.
What This Role Involves:
Routine landscape maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming and blowing Pruning shrubs and trees following good horticultural practice Planting a variety of horticultural materials, mulching and seasonal upkeep as needed Operating landscape maintenance equipment safely
What We're Looking For:
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Capability of lifting heavy items and carrying out manual labor tasks Dependable transportation, punctuality and a strong work ethic Previous experience is beneficial but not mandatory

Schedule:
Monday - Friday. Hours may vary due to weather conditions and/or site tasks and project obligations. How to
Apply:

Our supervisors will meet with you that morning. If they believe you're a good candidate, you'll have the opportunity to participate in a paid working interview by joining one of our maintenance crews for the day. If it's a good fit for both you and RedTree, we'll offer you a full-time position. If it's not the right fit, you'll still be paid for your day.
