Lead the Crew. Own the Results. Green Acres of the Carolinas is looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance Crew Leader who can lead people, maintain high-quality properties, and take ownership of their daily route. This isn't simply a mowing position. As a Crew Leader, you're trusted with a crew, truck, trailer, equipment, customers, quality standards, and daily production schedule. We're looking for someone who takes that responsibility seriously. What We Offer $18-$22/hour , based on experience, leadership ability, and demonstrated skills 401(k) PTO Paid holidays Aflac benefits available Company uniforms Monday-Friday schedule Opportunity for increased responsibility as Green Acres grows What You'll Be Responsible ForLead the Crew Set the pace and expectations for your team Assign and coordinate daily work Train and coach Crew Members Maintain a professional jobsite Hold the crew accountable for quality and safety Own the Route Complete scheduled properties efficiently Understand the day's route and production expectations Communicate delays or problems early Inspect each property before leaving Identify issues before they become customer complaints Protect the Equipment Properly operate commercial landscape equipment Safely load and secure equipment Maintain an organized truck and trailer Perform basic daily equipment inspections Report equipment problems promptly Deliver Quality You'll be expected to maintain Green Acres standards for: Mowing Trimming Edging Blowing Landscape beds Shrub maintenance Property cleanup Overall presentation What We're Looking For Strong candidates should have: Professional lawn maintenance or landscaping experience Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers Experience with commercial trimmers, edgers, and blowers Ability to lead and communicate with a small crew Strong attendance and punctuality Attention to detail Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Ability to perform physical outdoor work Professional behavior around customers and their properties A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required if operating a Green Acres vehicle. Experience driving a truck and landscape trailer is strongly preferred. Previous Crew Leader or Foreman experience is preferred. What Makes Someone Successful Here?
