This is a hands-on position focused on seasonal planting, landscape enhancements and ongoing maintenance . You'll work alongside an experienced team helping create and maintain beautiful landscapes for our clients. What You'll Do Install seasonal flowers, plants and plant combinations following landscape plans and designs Assist with spring and fall seasonal color installations and landscape enhancements Handle and transport plants, soil, and other landscape materials Plant, weed, groom and care for seasonal plantings throughout the year Use landscaping tools and equipment safely and responsibly Keep work areas clean, organized and professional Follow planting plans, schedules and company standards Work efficiently while paying attention to detail and quality Who We're Looking For Previous landscaping, planting or horticulture experience preferred, but not required. If you're dependable, willing to learn and take pride in doing things right, we can teach the right person the skills. We're looking for someone who is: Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Motivated and takes pride in their work Comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Physically able to lift and carry moderately heavy plants, materials and equipment Able to follow landscape plans, planting specifications and instructions Able to work efficiently while paying close attention to detail Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Professional and respectful when working on client properties Equipped with dependable transportation Why Work With RedTree?
