Responsibilities Maintain and enhance grounds using hand and power tools and equipment Perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, watering, digging, and raking Work outdoors in all weather conditions throughout the year Care for and maintain assigned tools and equipment according to manufacturer guidelines Ensure safe and efficient use of materials and equipment Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards Qualifications Good driving record with a 3 year history required Must be able to pass a background check ; job is located at Joint Base Previous landscaping experience preferred Knowledge of turf care and fertilization is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to perform routine, repetitive tasks Effective teamwork, communication skills, and ability to work well with others Physically able to bend, kneel, lift up to 50 lbs, walk extensively, and navigate uneven terrain Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Benefits 4-day work week (Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm or later; occasional Fridays as needed) Paid vacation Retirement savings plan Health insurance Drug-free workplace E-Verify employer Come grow with us!
