Grounds Maintenance Tech Direct Report:
Maintenance Manager Job Description The Grounds Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining the overall aesthetic vision for landscape all Springland owned/ managed properties, to include landscape, hardscape, parking and service areas in Lancaster, South Carolina, to uphold the property's aesthetic vision and value.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate operation of grounds maintenance to maintain a safe and attractive landscape, including evaluating, executing projects, and assigning work as necessary. Assist Maintenance Manager in assessment, evaluation, development, and implementation of all necessary cultural practices for turf, tree care, irrigation, and plant care. Assist Maintenance Manager in budget preparation for property management budgets. Manage outside on-site vendor personnel associated with grounds maintenance activities if necessary. Continuous review and oversight of properties to ensure staff and vendors are upholding their obligations on the properties. Assist Property Manager and Maintenance Manager in monitoring vendors on property and provide feedback for areas of improvement. Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 1.5 years of experience in landscape maintenance service industry
  • Driver's License
  • Background screening required
Pay:
$16.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 42.0 per week
