Job Description
Experienced Landscape Crew Member. (WE
DON'T MOW GRASS... I DON'T CARE IF YOU CAN RIDE A LAWN MOWER.
) Knowledge and experience in planting, mulching, moving materials, and other landscape install tasks. Knowledge in hardscapes is a plus, constructing paver and natural patios as well as retaining walls. Knowledgeable in working with natural stones, boulders, and ponds. (Yes, we do more than just hardscaping, we also do new installs, water features, Etc.) Experience using all standard hand and power tools and equipment typical of landscaping. (Shovel, Rake, Drills, etc. also Mini excavator, skid steer...) Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions. Problem solving skills are important. Landscaping is a physical occupation ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry is an essential part of this position. Must have a Driver's License and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite. Must be 18 years or older $16-22 an hour based on experience and aptitude 3 Arrows Landscaping is growing and in need of a reliable and experienced crew foreman able to take the lead.
